Texas Tech University’s Athletic Department, part of NCAA’s Big 12 conference, is growing in influence, and presence. Leadership wanted a new, cohesive brand direction to unify CX and messaging for student-athletes, coaches, and future sports facility development.
Scope of Work
Led program foundational work, including analytics, and sentiment measurement toward Brand Platform and CX creation;
- Measurement program for data and sentiment, analytics, and intake across social media 
- Mobile platform UX/UI for player intake, measurement 
- Intake and conversational analysis with student-athletes, coaches, boosters, and fans 
- Data-driven Brand Platform architecture - [Brand platform implementation, spaces and facilities design by CDS, Gensler]
