Scope of Work
Led comprehensive program for business/marketing strategy, store remodels, and implementation, including;
- Consumer research, and analytics, for data-driven strategy & planning 
- Brand Platform, Brand Identity, Customer Experience (CX) Toolbox for implementation by marketing, operations, store design, and decor 
- Marketing strategy, Budget plan, and new shopper marketing program 
- Multi-level messaging system and custom POS sign program 
- Mobile SaaS platform with UX/UI, for supply chain, shrink management, ordering, and customer loyalty/personalization
